Delta has established a strict Quality Assurance Program in order
to ensure that our products meet your expectations as to beauty,
function, reliability, and suitability for the intended project.
Our Quality Assurance Program has three basic parts; Material/Sub-Assembly
Testing, Sales Design Confirmation, and Final Turnstile Quality
Assurance.
| 1. Material/Sub-Assembly Testing (Our components & materials) |
a. Check all incoming steel material to be sure it meets
with Delta's final finish requirements.

b. Check all Marble, Granite, and Corian surfacing
materials prior to assembly for finish selection and quality.

c. Pre-test all electronic assemblies in test jig for
specified functionality.

d. Pre-test all motor and gearbox assemblies for function
and rigidness.

| 2. Sales Design Confirmation (Our communication with you) |
a. A written Pre-Production letter will be emailed to you
for your signed approval. This letter will confirm the details
of your new turnstile order for your approval.

b. A Pre-Production drawing will be emailed for your signed
approval. This drawing will indicate your product selection,
lane layout, finish selections, and card reader functionality
requirements.

c. If you do not have finish samples then we will FedEx
samples for your records and approval.

| 3. Final Turnstile Quality Assurance (Our final product) |
a. Full functionality testing of all turnstile features
|
i. LED's, card reader covers and bracketry checked for
appropriate details
|
ii. Microprocessor and electronic system burned in over
24 hour test period
|
iii. Motor and barrier system tested and broken in (for
barrier arm models)
|
iv. Test of all appropriate functions, and in both directions
by human users- card acceptance, tailgate, unauthorized
access, card stacking, etc.

b. Inspect wire connectors, solders, and all electrical
connections
|
c. Inspect all fasteners; screws, bolts, nuts, and washers
for tightness and appropriate use within the cabinets
|
d. Visual check of quality finish details - seams, lines,
radius, grain pattern
|
e. Suite configuration layout confirmation to your approved
drawings
|
f. Serial number tags affixed to inner frame, and numbers
recorded against the order for future warranty & technical
support reference
|
g. Check component packing list to be sure it includes:

i. Warranty Certificate
|
ii. Product Installation and Operation Manual
|
iii. Correct type/number of remote transformers and Remote
Turnstile Controllers
|
iv. customer's previously supplied card-readers
|
h. Inspection of crating for sufficient supports and fasteners.
|
i. Check with freight carrier as expected delivery time
against customer commitment. Inform client of variance (+
or -) if necessary.
