Tom Howell, Delta's C.E.O. and a founding partner, personally oversees the company's manufacturing plant in Concord, CA. He has been producing quality custom sheet-metal products for many years, through the company he founded in 1980, California Precision Sheetmetal (CPS). Tom and CPS spent much of the last eight years focused on building custom optical and mechanical turnstiles for another well-known entrance control manufacturer. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Howell has had numerous other successful business ventures, primarily focused on custom design, manufacturing and fabrication.

As Tom puts it, "I've always taken pride in the work my company does. I feel that the key ingredient of American craftsmanship still carries a lot of value with my customers".

Stephen Caroselli, President and also a founding partner at Delta, is directly responsible for product development and project management. Prior to joining up with Tom Howell to start Delta Turnstile Controls, Steve had been in the security and turnstile business for more than 12 years. Most recently, Mr. Caroselli worked for a major entrance control (turnstiles) manufacturer, with positions as a New York based Account Executive, and then as Customer Support Director and Production Manager. In those roles, he was credited with introducing new products, technology improvements, and more effective project management practices which resulted in vastly improved customer satisfaction reports.

Steve has been intimately involved in many high profile access control security projects. His client list reads like a Who's Who of landmark and well-known buildings in cities such as New York, Boston, and Los Angeles.

"Through the years, although we achieved great success, I've always envisioned a company where we could place greater emphasis on quality and a strong select product range", says Steve. "Delta is the result of that vision."
